Ansdell House Rest Home
This bungalow-style extension to the rear of the Ansdell House Rest Home is linked to the main building by a conservatory-style corridor.
In addition to the extension, substantial internal alterations were required to the existing property.
Despite the complexity of the job, the rest home was able to continue operating as normal throughout, due to the professionalism of our Company and the minimum of disturbance caused. This £40,000 project had a tight contract period of 13 weeks, primarily through winter months.
This was met to the day with a perfectly scheduled work programme.
